Hi,
On the 28th of March, I uploaded a post saying that NcZam returned, Nikrean told me to just let him do his own operations.
Prior to NcZam returning, I uploaded the song Ultimate Smash on the 24th of March, A midtempo song inspired by Wubbaduck.
Just 4 days after april fools, NcZam uploaded my song Ultimate Smash without my knowledge and consent.
Any artist who is getting their music uploaded on NcZam, Feel free to reach out.

You should go about this like a professional:
0) Make sure you did not sign your rights away. Read any documents you signed in that regard carefully.
1st) Contact NcZam and tell them to remove your intellectual property within 3 business days. Settling this like adults is always best. They got caught any can get away with a slap on the wrist. Realistically, just stopping their bullshit is the best outcome for them.
(Maybe Nikrean set them up to this. Sometimes, perceived offenders were set up by others and Nikrean is... "not well".)
2nd) If they don't react or procrastinate, contact the hoster. They probably have a DMCA-link for those cases.
3rd) If the music mysteriously disappears after having been removed by the hoster, that means a legal battle. To the best of my knowledge, the loser pays both lawyers & other legal costs. But in the US, they can draw out the payment for years, so prepare to pay your lawyer "for now".
I did not sign any contract with NcZam, Nikrean did not set them up to do this, Sait HD Musical did it. I will be telling NcZam.

It's also worth mentioning that NcZam has been in several violations of the Hailfire TOS.
